Jack is commercial litigator with extensive experience in Chancery and Federal Court litigation.

In his litigation practice, Jack represents corporate and individual clients on a variety of issues related to board disputes, partnership dissolutions, shareholder derivative actions, breach of fiduciary duties, estate and trust litigation, guardianship actions, real estate, commercial law, employment and labor law, environmental law, mortgage and tax foreclosure, construction lien law, intellectual property and patent litigation.

In his bankruptcy practice, Jack has represented debtors, creditors, creditors’ committees, secured parties, Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 Trustees and liquidation agents, lenders, executives, plaintiffs and defendants in avoidance actions, fraudulent transfer and similar actions, including equipment, real and personal-property lessors.

Jack served as law clerk to the Honorable James D. Clyne, Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division, General Equity, Ocean County, New Jersey. At the invitation of Judge Neil Shuster, Presiding Judge of General Equity, Chancery Division in Mercer County, Jack addressed issues often encountered by incoming law clerks with respect to foreclosure aspects of the job as guest speaker at the General Equity Law Clerk orientation at the Hughes Justice complex in Trenton in Fall 2004.
